The Arguments

Will the real Shakespeare please stand up?

Your group will present your candidate for authorship to the jury (members of the class will be selected to serve on the jury). Use the following format to organize your arguments.

 

Arguments

 

 

I.  Introduction: 

                                -define the topic

                                -make a basic statement why your candidate is the true author

                                - briefly outline the main points of the arguments

 

 

II.                  The Arguments 

 

- state each main point of the argument

                -provide relevant, detailed, factual evidence

 

 

 

III.               Conclusion    

- summarize your group’s arguments

- restate your group’s strongest argument

-reiterate your group's position
